6 Ways to Tap Into Your Intuition
Our intuition is our own innate guidance system that we have brought with us onto this Earth. Sometimes it comes up as a voice or a feeling, but most often it’s just a “knowing” within us. It’s the time you would say to yourself, “I just know” but cannot explain why or how you know. Some of us are more in tune with our intuition whereas some of us are completely closed down to it, and yet some of us are aware of it but ignore it.
I was asked recently how to open up more of this intuitive power so here are several ways to help:
1. Listen
Often times our minds are too busy with thoughts and input of external data to really listen to what our intuition may say to us. Quieting the noises around and within you by limiting the mind chatter, putting down the phones and any other outside distraction will pave the way for you to listen. You can get clarity within the mind to hear that inner voice guiding you as needed. Hypnosis is a great way to practice letting go of the mind chatter so you’re open to listening to the inner voice of intuition.
2. Trust
Trusting in your inner guidance is a big part of tapping into your intuition. Trusting your gut feelings, trusting the inner voice, and trusting the signs that you are receiving means letting go of the doubts and opening up to the inner sense of knowing. 3. Feel
